The Kick-Off Day emotionally prepares students for the upcoming modules through a brief introduction of what they’ll be learning.

• An introduction to 4 curriculum topics and our ambassador Skedaddle
• How to read “GO” or “KnowGO” feelings by being aware of our body
 KnowGO sign making/sign practice with an interactive animated Q&A

The Secrets module helps students understand the difference between “surprise” or “scary” uncomfortable secrets that can lead to danger.

 Secrets that feel uncomfortable & unsafe are scary and are a KnowGO 
 Scary secrets should always be reported, even if someone tell us not to  Never keep scary secrets from safe adults, even if the adult bullies you

The Touch module helps build awareness of physical boundaries and how to “know” if a touch is uncomfortable or crosses a line.

• No one should touch us in any way that feels uncomfortable
• We should always report uncomfortable touches right away
• Be aware of tricks—like gifts—that can lead to unsafe touches

The Separator module covers the types of tricks used to separate children from safe people and safe places.

 Tricks separators use to try to get us alone and away from safety
 How to read feelings in our bodies to know if the situation is a KnowGO
 Strategies to use if found in a potential sneaky separator situation

The Digital module builds awareness and skills to safely navigate the online world and to know when a situation is potentially dangerous.

• Teaches when is it safe to give out information online, and when it's not
 Educates about strangers online that may try to threaten, trick or bribe 
 Strategies to safely navigate potentially harmful scenarios that may arise
